Over the last 22 years we here at MZ Contracting Companies LLC & APCON have completed 800 projects in the commercial and residential construction in San Antonio and surrounding areas. MZ\APCON specializes in ground up and interior finish out projects. We have also expanded our scope to building homes and remodeling multi-million dollar homes, building restaurants, mall stores and have now ventured into ground up shell buildings, multi story office buildings and multi-family new construction projects.

Our Services
The MZ Companies / APCON provides our clients with a full service General Contractor from the design concept all the way through to complete construction as a turn key product. We also provide an in-house workforce on all finishes such as framing, drywall, painting and flooring subcontractor.
